At present, China is still a major producer and consumer of coal globally. Coal mining is scattered and the efficiency needs to be improved, leading to frequent safety accidents in coal mining areas. When you step into a coal mining area, what catches your eye may not be the boundless black coal, but several crisscrossing "long dragons", some several kilometers long, and some even stretching for tens of kilometers. These 'long dragons' are the coal conveyor lines. Whether in underground or open-pit mines, coal mining requires transportation through conveyor lines to the next stage for processing or use. The coal conveyor line is an important component of coal mining and transportation.
In order to increase coal transportation capacity, coal conveyor lines often bear large loads; At the same time, the mining environment is relatively harsh and there is a lot of dust. However, most coal mines require 24-hour continuous operation, so the reliability and stability of coal conveyor lines are crucial for improving coal mining efficiency. Coal conveying lines usually use integral bearings or ordinary seat bearing units (internal bearings are integral bearings) as the support for the drum, and their sealing effect is average. Dust is easy to enter the interior of the bearings, which may cause premature failure of the bearings. At the same time, the seat bearing with housing at the drive roller position of the conveyor line is located between the drive equipment and the drum, which consumes time and effort for later maintenance and repair, resulting in a longer downtime of the conveyor line. The traditional bearing scheme restricts the improvement of coal mining efficiency and also exposes maintenance workers to safety threats for a long time.

Firstly, it eliminates unexpected shutdowns and production losses caused by time-consuming installation processes - which can be significant in some cases; Secondly, it greatly reduces installation costs. Compared with ordinary bearing units with seats, full split installation is faster and simpler; Thirdly, it eliminates the cost of disassembling and replacing adjacent components; After Z, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the fully split bearing with housing with seat is more convenient for comprehensive inspection, with extremely high maintenance efficiency.
